the staff at the hotel spoke both Spanish and English, which was very helpful. the best part was that the U-bahn station was just 200 meters away, making it extremely easy to explore the city. the breakfast provided by the hotel was also quite satisfying. Another highlight of my stay was the late check-out until 17:00, which allowed me to make the most of my time in the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making my overall experience at this hotel wonderful. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.

Short distance to the subway station

Hot water supply with instantaneous water heater. Hot water at the sink takes forever. Very old-fashioned house electrics. Unflexible when checking in at 1pm: had to wait 2 hours until "my" room was ready. Room door very thin and its noisy inside.

In the bathroom we had two silverfish. The shower curtain had foxing. The faucets at the sink and the tub were stiff and blocked. The curtains in the living and sleeping area had stains.

The hotel staff, including Sandra Seidel, Nathalie, Nancy, and Raphael, were incredibly helpful and made me feel like everything I needed was right at my fingertips. the room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was big and super comfy. the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options including gluten, free food and soy milk for vegans. And I loved that on Sundays, guests can enjoy breakfast until 12pm and have the option for a free late check, out at 5pm. the hotel's proximity to the metro station, just a 2, minute walk away, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. NH Berlin City West is an environmentally friendly hotel, ensuring that it is clean and well, cared for. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😊.

A wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms, all clean, a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The NH Berlin City West hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the Berliner Strasse metro station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore famous attractions like the bustling Kurfürstendamm shopping avenue, the iconic Gedächtniskirche, and the delightful Berlin Zoo. We were able to easily hop on the metro and reach these places in no time, making our family adventures hassle-free and enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children.

Very nice lobby and restaurant, I loved the location - very close to the metro station, we had a lower standad room (not that beautifull as at the pics at the web site) with no air conditioning (in summer rather hot). The standard of the room was o.k (not excellent) but adequate to the price.In general: recommendable.

The bathroom is old and has no 4 star level. In the bathroom, the fan did not work, so it is extremely hot and humid after showering. -. Room has no air conditioning? Here I expect a different equipment for 4 star accommodation, especially since our room was facing the southern side and the noisy street, so we couldn't open windows. Breakfast rolls were hard and dry (all of them), I find it unacceptable and a great pity, since breakfast was otherwise very good.

I got great value for my money at Nh Berlin City West. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff treated me really well. The location was convenient with the U-Bahn just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at Nh Berlin City West for a few days. The staff were very kind and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a residential area, so there are many affordable restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a handy bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the U-Bahn, making it easy to explore the city.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Good Location, you have 2 Underground lines 2 minutes from the hotel, within 10 minutes you can be on the main Berlin Boulevard, Kurfuerstendamm, very good connections, Reception Staff was very professional and helpfull, very good value for money !

Entrance area comes up to 4 star, I upgraded to stay on the 8th floor, had a room on the quiet side, eg.; Not on the main road, but found the superior room only deserved 3 stars, was very plain. Don't expect 4 star Mariott Hotels standard, and you are fine !
